Compression not means HEVC..k:
HEVC is a compression technology like Mpeg4. HEVC mostly using to compress 4K & HD channels. This upgradation not meaning HEVC compression. I don't think Tata Sky will do it quickly without informing subscribers. Because currently newly launched humax stb & 4K stb only supports HEVC. If they convert all HD channels to hevc the 99% hd users cannot view channels.
