Looks like Tata Sky is slowly realising that they r wasting time and money by fighting case against TRAI Order in court. Better they should have provided monetary benefit to subscribers instead of this and avoided risking channel blackout for us.

Yes Kapil Sibbal charges huge fees for his cases so Tata sky must have realised that it will become tough to recover such amount if case continues without any favourable outcome.

Maybe only for 3 channels they implement because its new in there platform.waiting to add all channels with trai implemetaion.So i can add more channels
