TataPlay Binge STB lags hangs

Please help to provide a good solution for my Binge STB, it lags a lot and especially OTT apps like Prime Video etc.

Please help, tried all basic tools like reset, factory reset, unintall apps etc

don't expect ott to work properly when even basic channel viewing experience is bad... instead buy a dedicated stick or device for ott. for tv channels, you can factory reset and remember never connect to internet.. all issues because of TV app bugs which starts from version v6. *. the default tv app v 5.**** which comes after factory reset is bug free

If I have to buy a firetv stick then whats the use of Binge STB, I think there has to be a solution. Hope Tata Play management is aware about this. They should fix this ASAP
