Tatasky facing sun outage

Ya there was message shown on ss hd2 about sun outage at about 10:30 morning

i do not know my case is of same sun outage but i seen some scattering in star sports 3 during india vs ireland match 2 time @ 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM fr 1 minute only. same time star sports 1 working fine.
