After switching on stb
its shows
software downloading

but even after 3 min it was at zero%

again restarted but not going ahead

I had this prob in my tata sky plus hd sometime back. In my case usual technician did not know how to fix then a senior technician was sent and he fixed. There is some parameter needs to be changed in the system.

Same thing happened with me also not going ahead but after restarted it worked for me.:k
