Seeking Help Tatasky Refer CashBack Not Credited

Tatasky Refer CashBack Not Credited on my account but received a mail from tatasky refferal successful.
Installation already done last Sunday.
Any one know how many time take for this cashback credited to tatasky

Not in my experience. I did referral and installation was done, but never received any information whether it was successful or not. Worst was that it was not even listed under my profile. Raised a ticket with tata sky and they were also not able to find it. I left it there and after a few months, I found the money credited to my TS account.
