Technical error in sundirect

For the past two days service not available.

When I switch on TV, channel will run for 5-10sec and screen goes blank. I call cc, but no response.

Signals are available 80% and I have validity for more than 120 days.

What's the actual problem. Worst service.

Today I am talking sunshine office, then say coship all boxes software compliant pls swapped the box [emoji16]

even after a lapse of 2 days no picture
how much they charge for swapping is it free

Bro better wait if sd adds channels in gsat then you can call technician to fix the issue. BTW why you are trying to get the signals for gsat tps if you use sd connection any specific reasons :shy
