TEN HD Subscription technical issue

I tried to subscribe TEN HD Monthly via my Tatasky account online,but was unable to do so.I have annual HD Access Fee pack and enough balance in my TataSky account.

Did anyone face this issue?

Finally I added this channel with the help of Live Chat and it was Rs.65.

Does anyone know the SMS code/locate this channel in your Tatasky account for subscribing to Ten HD online?

Me too faces the same issue... when I called cc through phone, that guy said adding Ten sports SD will give me TEN HD channel free, as I already subscribed for HD access fee, but it didn't happpen. That guy subscribed ten sports annually and ten Hd on daily basis. I called CC again to deactivate the TEN HD channel from my account. but It took one month for deactivation.
Finally I didnt get TEN HD channel and lost Rs.70 for one month. very poor.

Just wondering if there is any channel called 'TEN' in SD Channel category of Tatasky,i couldn't find that on EPG.

yeah you can get Ten HD without subscribe any other Ten channels. You can subscribe in mytatasky.com or ask CC
