Seeking Help Probably some technical issue.

Guys, I need help here is what happened on Sep 6, I got my Xstream box installed and got a 7 days free pack so it should have expired on Sep 12 but it is still going on it's already been 2 weeks since expiration date.
So I contacted them a few days back but they said it may be a technical issue, He didn't seem to be interested in resolving issue.
I want to know that if something like this have happened to anyone and should I be concerned about it ?

I Took a connection 10 days before, it was disconnected exactly after 7 days..
I suggest you take a bumper lottery, you are having a good time now 😁

Well if it's like that then I am really happy about it, but still it concerns me a little.
