After the merge of discovery & warner media the future merge chain has ignited once again after 3years gap.
this includes amazon buying out MGM. here are possible future deals that will land up in a year or so.
According to WSJ,

1. NBC universal merge with Lions gate
2. ViacomCBS merge with Sony
3. warner media + discovery to buy ViacomCBS

ZeeL should not merge with foreign broadcaster or sell the company to foreigners. but yes they should merge with suntv, etv, Network18 or other indian local broadcasters to take on star-disney

They’re Already India’s 2nd Most Watched Network On Their Own, I Don’t Think They’re Struggling. It’s Just That People Are Watching Star Network More.
