I am fed up with SD. Useless/careless customer care. My current pack expires on 23rd Jan. I asked Customer care if i recharge for 3 months pack would i get same channels. First representative said yes, after I dig in further with New Trai rules Customer care said No. How can i trust them by recharging for 3 months. They're not even updating new prices/ new packs according to new rules. They even providing options to recharge for 12 months, what i understand is they are trying to have money so customer can't leave them.
