it is true how u find this idea .do u have any other idea to improve the signal. U can also rotate u r lnb in anticlock wise to improve the signal.

Yes LNB Skew is needed for perfect reception.

Yes this will work, however it is recommended not to distub the LNB connection, but fit directly the smaller ring edge of funnel to the LNB feed-horn without removing it from the dish.
