I think dubbing isn't banned in TN. Every channel telecast some hindi dubbing serial.

Yep but tamil serial actor & actress already raised a red flag couple years ago with support of one big television network

But nothing changed then that television network itself started showing dubbing serials then those actor actress also shutted
