Reason for you not getting ur pack is Airtel at the moment stopped publishing packs for arp. When they publish u will get one.

ARP has to come back as it helps avoid disconnection, penalty & availability of basic channels upon failure to renewal.

No such plan for me under self care, all is see are,
  1. TN Mega HD Pack [My current plan/Recommended - Rs 452]
  2. TN Value Sports HD Pack [Recommended - Rs 300]
  3. TN Value Sports SD Pack [Recommended - Rs 163]
  4. TN HD Pack [Rs 142]
  5. TN SD plus Pack [Rs 93]
  6. TN Mega SD Pack [Rs 310]
  7. TN My Family HD Pack [Rs 350]
  8. TN My Family SD Pack [Rs 250]
  9. TN Value Lite HD Pack [Rs 208]
  10. TN Value Lite SD Pack [Rs 122]
No Kondattam ARP nor Super Star ARP or even any mention of these names under monthly plans too.

even customer care also not aware of that so batter we find pack code for superstar pack and activate it through sms but problem is that how can we know pack code. one of my stb they have also activate UP BH Superstar pack dhamaka zee @158 in which they have charged ncf 82rs
