Sometimes I think TN is outside of India as there is one law for whole India and a separate law for TN

:no law it is in the hands of Central Govt. Coz last 4 years TN govt. Appealing for give permission to DAS but they didnt hear it this central govt as well as previous govt .. Now the case is in Supreme Court ..
