You won't get add on from Primary. Only base pack will be provided for 270. I don't think how he's arriving at 200 as price.

I think because of ADTV's promotion of Rs 200 for Value Prime Kids pack if taken with any HD TopUp (Magic / Royal / Max).

SD Multi-Price (varies on pack 99 / 150 / 240)
HD Multi-Price (varies on pack 200 / 200 / 270)

Here it is mentioned for Value Prime Kids HD Multi-Price, the cost is Rs 200, this means that your primary connection should have Value Prime Kids and one HD Pack (Magic/Royal/Max) and you will get it in your secondary connection for Rs 200.
