SD Multi-Price (varies on pack 99 / 150 / 240)
HD Multi-Price (varies on pack 200 / 200 / 270)

Here it is mentioned for Value Prime Kids HD Multi-Price, the cost is Rs 200, this means that your primary connection should have Value Prime Kids and one HD Pack (Magic/Royal/Max) and you will get it in your secondary connection for Rs 200.

No you don't need to have HD Pack on your Primary Connection. I have only Value Prime Kids Pack. & I am getting All Value Prime Pack Channels + Max HD (65 HD Channels) on my Multi TV Connection in Just 200/- month.
