Decision won't be today. Hearing should ideally conclude. Will reserve another day for pronouncing judgement.

Bombay HC is frustrating..TRAI arguments wrapped up. Broadcaster's rejoinder left now. Next Thursday.
This will keep dragging on
Hearing was already complete pre-lockdown. As rejoinder, They started hearing again after TRAI action if something is left to say. Now another rejoinder. This case is favourite of hon. HC. Dont expect it finish soon. If TRAI had not issued order in july, HC would have slept over it. After HC, case will continue in SC.TRAI arguments wrapped up. Broadcaster's rejoinder left now. Next Thursday.

TRAI wants immediate implementation, while minister and court donot want it in 2020.
