Either there are no transponders available or they have given application for more transponders to Antrix/DOS and its still not approved.

Interconnection agreement will be signed post 29th December after all things r cleared out. VAS Services in queue may be Shorts TV, Acting Adda, Gurus, Show Bizz, etc.
