just follow following steps:1. Turn Off STB2. Turn On STB3. Wait Till Showing d2h Logo4. Type Sequence Wise Buttons, i.e.(i. Greenii. 0iii. 5iv. Mute)5. Channels Will Uploading/UpdatingThat is procedure & problem will be 100% solved.

I tried this method just it reset the stb... it will also delete messages and my account information from set top box. I think this method is for total resetting of set top box.
