universal remote

I am using TS HD plus. I am very much curious why TS doesn't provide universal remote. Any one spoke with TS about this? please express your views as universal remote comes with RDTV HD and i think Sun dth as well

Ya u r right they should provide Universal remote atlest with +HD as a leading dth service in india
