Successfully upgraded my box at just Rs 150. First they said me Rs 350, & I gave the engineer Rs 350 then a message came on my RMN that recharge of Rs 200 is successful in my account. So, overall it cost me 150 only with two months magic HD free, 1 year recording topup ,1 month interactive services & gift vouchers worth Rs 1000 of lenskart.:kiss:
Got Technicolor box. PQ is just amazing on both SD & HD channels. I have read in old threads that the pq of SD channels is not good but it's not so. PQ is better than my old homecast stb.
Thanks to everyone.(y)

He said that I am their valuable customer so a discount of 250. Not only that after installation a message came on my RMN that Rs 200 has been credited to your account. So, overall it cost just Rs 150

I have read in old threads that the pq of SD channels is not good but it's not so. PQ is better than SD box.

Its not like that pq improved 2 days before only infact we noticed today only -

Pls check below thread

Discussion - Standard Definition Channels PQ issue solved in Technicolor HD HEVC STB

previously what we told is fact only previously its sd Channels pq not upto mark but now it's corrected but still it's not upto huwaei sd stb pq but improved lot compare to previous

Though u previously used homecast stb so u feel better in Technicolor but huwaei stb users will know the difference

Anyone knows how to check signal strength & device info in this stb?? Unable to get it.

Menu - help - diagnostics - signal strength

May be. But really the PQ of both SD & HD channels are mind blowing.

Thanks bro.

Friends, my tv support Dolby audio but whenever I am selecting audio output as DD or DD+ in settings then aq changes but I am unable to use vol +/- keys of airtel's remote. I need to increase/decrease vol by using tv remote.
Why is it so???
Thanks.

I think you need to pair your stb remote with tv remote.
