Upgraded to HD Plus Recorder

Last month when my Huawei stb stopped working they gave me calcomp cardless stb .. I asked them can I get Flextronics one but they told me we only have Calcomp boxes available. But now how can they gave him Hero stb?

Stock varies from location to location. He got an old box. Nothing much you can do, if there is no stock at your location!

If yoh want to replace u will get refurbished Huwaei box only. Or if you want to upgrade then they'll provide xstream box

Thanks for ur reply. My huawei damaged. So which one is new one airtel providing? Calcomp (smartchoice) or flextronics? Do they make new flextronics? From this forum i learned technicolour not good.

They are currently giving calcomp boxes.

How is the picture quality of new calcomp ? or old flextronics (refurbished) better?
