Urgent help needed for my settop box

Please help I'm using zing digital Malayalam , new connection. I'm not getting 9 Malayalam channels like kappa,kochu,safari,janam,jeevan,people,reporter,kaumudy etc.....all are having sound but no picture. These channel's are showing upgrade ur settop box to HD..
CC saying its like for zing customers.....
Urgent opinion needed......

To write the quality and software regarding zing in this forum I bought this but its really upset

do u have new zing stb :huh. I think u are using dishtv mpeg 2 stb . there is showing messege upgreur set top box . only in dishtv mpeg2 stb
