Pairing of my Settop box with the Card

Sir

Kindly pair my Reliance Big TV with my settop box with my card as i am unable to view any of your programs.
Every few minutes the signals go off air and a message comes with error asking to pair the instrument with the card.

Following are the details

call cc and they will pair your card with the stb

it take about 5 minutes
