strange utv stars is free to air for digital cable and its rate is RS 30 for dth operators
this is the reason why digital cable is less costly than dth as broadcasters provide chs at lowest cost for digital cable

but in d2h its Rs.55

D2h cheated you.In airtel it was rs.15 when hd version was available
