I watched ISL matches for free on Northeast Live. When my grandmother use to have that letterbox TV. Matches use to air in Hindi for free. PQ is horrible on HDTVs.

MTV is a youth brand. Most people mistake it to be music channel. No! It's a entertainment channel. Also major focus being youth. Unlike cricket , football has young audience more. So it would be easy for them to get audience on mtv

In Assam and Bengal news channels airs domestic league as Prime Time News ends at 8 pm and matches starts exactly at same time. So not a big deal for news channel to air football.

Ya not sure about Tamil as Tamil has simultaneous telecast in Malaysia and Singapore. Where viacom18 doesn't have rights. So even I'm confused

Colors Tamil GEC Channel they are airing Serials and Shows, if match Airing in IST Prime Time than high possibility is Jaya Max or maybe Viacom will launch new sports channel with Multi language Audio feeds

That is legal part. But i am saying amazon should not have problem with dd sports feed on dth/cable if they are not sublicensing. Otherwise there will be shortage of FTA boxes in India as FTA box is better than amazon prime plan+ Data cost

Sharing the feed with DTH/Cable will directly impact the Amazon Prime's subscription count. They will definitely have a problem with that
