Mumbai: Viacom18 Motion Pictures (VMP) scored big at the recently held Jagran Film Festival, Mumbai 2014.
With a total tally of six in categories including Best Director – Soojit Sarkar, and Best Editing – Chandrashekhar Prajapati for Madras Café.
The year’s first 100 Cr club entrant from VMP’s stable, Queen received three top honors- Best Actor (female) Kangana Ranaut, Best Music – Amit Trivedi and Best Singer- Shefali Alvaris. Mary Kom, which created a new benchmark at the box office won the Best Background Score.
