Videcon connection locked

Hi everyone.my vedicon account type changed as secondary connection,due to that my connection was locked (I think).previously I recharged and channels are added by my dealer,after 1 week my channels were disappeared automatically .now I cannot add any channels using my account.pls help me what I want to do?

My account change as merge account.i think dealer added as secondary account,now i need to change as primary account.whom i want to contact to change this and how to change?if anyone know pls help me to solve this issue
