Sad News Videocon D2h Cheated Me others Please Check Your Account

Recently d2h have become a crook in activating add-ons without your knowledge.
They give a call to activate some xyz packs.
Even when you deny they push you hard and activate the packs without your knowledge.
Once you call them to get that pack removed, they will give you lame answers that it can't be done , we will raise service request bla bla thing.This is quite unethical and I think I would have to dump d2h and switch to something else.
