Try factory reset ( u r recordings may lost be careful ) hope fully it will resolve if not don't take risk call cc and give complaint

D2h has to release download Id 61 soon... Or will see lot of customers churning out soon, may be not for tariff or content but will surely for software bug and UI.
Good to see recording is now available via remote, only software bugs to be sorted out.

i m unable to upgrade. plz tell me the full process step by step.
I did as folows
1. transfer the extracted file to USB
2. shut down STB.
3. pressed up button with power button.
but it didnt succeed.

I have a new DVR STB box purchased few days ago with download ID 57,they told this is the latest model (manufacture date july 2013) , dont know if he is telling the truth - CS has no idea about the latest model

I have two queries:
1.Is Download ID 60 really better than 57?
2.Can Customer support update the software remotely or how does it work?
