This is very bad customer support policy.:angry
D2H should replace STB if their new software is not supporting the STB (even if STB is not under warranty).
Use FB/twitter to make complaints.
Post about your STB complaints on D2H website.
Email/Write to their nodal office/CEO about the problem.
You should be assertive about your problem & dont let D2H loot their customers.
