I am not getting sony ten2,ten3 and all english movie channels..plz help someone....

There is some error from their end. South super pack customers are not getting English movie channels and Ten 2,3 and Neo channels...
Where as Celebration pack kerala (my present opting) Ten 2,3 and Neo channels are not reflecting. Cc are saying you should be getting all these channels, but you know they are of no use. I am presently using Ten 2 ala carte though this channel is already in my package.
