How can I subscribe, customer care says that premium HD not applicable?

Bro yesterday I asked customer care to activate kids ZONE Add-on but they said this add-on is not applicable for your base pack but it's available in my infinity app so I send mail to cc and activated add-on.

Yes even I couldn't activate any add-on in infinity app, it's says validation failed.

Even those id*ots don't aware of that premium HD add-on,I fed off calling them.
