Cc asked me if u r in front of TV then switch to channel no 149,we will refresh,then got the channels

First i asked whether english movie channels and these sports available in my 299/pack or not ,cc told its available,she refreshed and got sports channels as soon she refreshed my account,but eng movies not got she told wait for 10 min,but still iam not getting eng movies

Call many times,tell them to change my pack to super pack .,few cc don't know about that pack
