I went to that link as bupan raz mentioned..but no login details were their. Only one option of regenerate passwards. I clicked then a msg screened that passward sent to user id and cell number.. I also try to download atom application, i download that software. But during instalation a msg was ocured that due to security reasons alow network to sms to number. I sent sms to that number bt stil no reply..... How can i erase existing user id and pasward which i dont know and then make a new user id and pasward so that i make my videocon recharge thorough debit card..

Well its simple, and a automatic process... Just complete it and you'll get the password in your Email ID. Give your customer ID first and they will send your old login details. If you don't know it you can't delete/change your current details... Else mail d2h about this issue:- [email protected] ... Also for quick responce you can tweet them in their official page or post in their FaceBook Fan Page wall...

Well official sites are better for Online Recharges... You can use from any country, i use TATA Sky Portal to recharge online... Some Private DTH Recharge sites are- http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ , http://www.easyrechargeonline.com/?id=dth . I'll prefer D2H Official site...
