In my view the first logo is little more good becoz In the logo of Asianet Red is covering more area and white is available only in little are.....:tup

I said because we've Star plus,StarMaa with same logo so a different logo needed now ;)

Yes Stat plus and Asianet having almost same colour for logo...;)

1st logo looks like Star Plus, Star Maa.
2nd logo looks like Star Jalsha, Star Pravah.
So, we need different color logo.
