Fans of Actor Vijay have been indulging themselves in various relief activities to help people savaged by the incessant rains that rocked Chennai in the past few days.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay Fan Club members were seen distributing food and other amenities to people affected by flash floods in Tambaram and nearby areas in Chennai.

Actor and politician Sarathkumar personally visited areas affected by rain and distributed food and amenities to people stranded without shelter. Raghava Lawrence has been arranging loads of food items for victims of heavy rain through his charitable trust. A few days back Vishal distributed food and financial aid to people in Egmore and Parrys corner. Actor Santhanam has donated funds to support the relief measures in Cuddalore another severely rai-affected city in Tamil Nadu
