It happened when director Prabhudeva was filming a stunt scene for 'Vedi', his forthcoming film. Protagonist of the project, Vishal, hurt his shoulder while performing a risky sequence, and he is currently undergoing a treatment.
But this has not stopped the actor from taking part in the shoot. "Despite pain in the shoulder, Vishal didn't take break from the schedule and he is in fact packing his bags for South Africa to shoot a song," say sources.
Confirming this, Vishal's sister-in-law Shreya Reddy, who is co-producing the film, says, "Planning for the next and final schedule, which will include a couple of days of patch work and two songs, shot abroad."
The foreign schedule is expected to be completed within 10 days, as the audio launch of 'Vedi' will take place in Chennai on September 1. Music has been composed by Vijay Antony and we learn the songs have come out well.
