The collections of Kamal Haasan's spy thriller Vishwaroopam has crossed Rs 100 crore at the box office and has kept the cash register ringing. And that's not all,the collections are still going steady and buyers are expected to further rake in the moolah.
Rahul Bose , who played antagonist in the film, expressed his happiness over the film touching Rs 120 crore mark in India. The actor tweeted, "Just received figures of the all india box office collections of Vishwaroopam . 120 crores and counting. Superb ! Vishwaroopam's the first film I've been a part of that's made over 100 crores. Congratulatuions to the team and Mr Haasan especially!" (sic).
A film which was released in Tamil Nadu 13 days after it's worldwide release on January 25 and has achieved a phenomenal feat of making it to the Rs 100-crore club. The Hindi version of the Vishwaroopam was released in North India on February 1 and also opened to a thunderous response.
Vishwaroopam is doing great business in overseas too as all the versions of the film are being greatly appreciatedat the ticket window.
