Thats rule is removed but possibilities are there that hotstar will provide a 5 min delay feed free to encourage people to subscribe prime membership to watch it live

They have only stakes.Sky has in Tata Sky while Dishtv and ZEEL are working independently.Sky(Star) issued notice to Tata Sky for disconnection while till date many ZEEL channels not available on Dishtv.

Dishtv and ZEEL are different brand in different section but their parent company is same i.e zee

Bro we can't blame only Star for this as when TRAI and DoT issued instruction for new prices only DishTV follows that no one supported it. Star, Tata Sky and ADTV move to court to oppose it.
