One thing I like about airtel as a company is their effort in customer retainment and expansion during the industry/market disruption times right from RCOM days then ACT bb, recent JIO storm too. Hopefully, they can recover from the star TSKY fiasco too.
As an bb customer for the last 10 years, the customer service provided by airtel bb is the topmost in my city.

Good job Airtel! Such strong steps should be taken by each and every DTH/Cable Operators. Then only these drastic hikes from broadcasters can be restricted.
Yes, also DTH operators should offer these channels only upon request so their entertainment channels get fewer hits which affects their overall viewer count.
