If Scroll Is From Airtel How Come Its Visible In Tata Sky?

Or Do You Have Airtel Running Footage? SS?

I'm referring to the buggy scroll from airtel. I saw it in Star Vijay HD.

There are two scrolls, one from Star and one from airtel. All operators and users will see Star's scroll. Airtel users will see both.
