Not possible now to move different sat, not a easy task.

No i am not talking about migration totally , they can add few Channels specially HD from Another sat by using MBLNB.

also there is a possibility that tata sky has got the tps from isro and they dont want to leak that news maybe they are trying for future use of gsat 10 as insat 4a will expire after 2-3 years so lots of activity is goin on and no one can predict what tata sky will do

There must be something going on between ISRO and TS otherwise he would not say that the route is currently on pause mode.

I think there will be a seprate replacement of Insat4a, Gsat10 is not a replacement of Insat4a.
The replacement sat of Insat4a will be launch in 2016-17, as I read somewhere. :)

yes bro.there will be seperate replacement for insat-4a.because gsat-10 was launched 5 years before life end of insat-4a, which will be in 2017.so this is not a replacement

yes bro this is most likely happening thats going on in the backgound....
Most probably TS might reserve some of the newly acquired Gsat10 TPs for their old, unreliable Insat TPs & add few channels on new TPs.

TATA(SKY needs to increase the prices of the package also they needs to raise the prices of FTA channels by which they will get more ARPU.

TATA(SKY Best in the World :ohya

TS CEO Harit Nagpal has stressed about increasing cap on pricing of channels which will help them to raise ARPU further. We may hear some news regarding this in near future considring current Trai's anti-consumer stance & DTH Operators Association president Harit Nagpal's lobbying.

We can say that as per TS CEO Harit Nagpal :
TS policy would be not to add more carriage based channels in future so it wont be possible for TS to top in terms of net channel addition. So this may affect mostly to regional channels viewers.
TS is opposing the 20 per cent broadcast sector cap on DTH equity holding. This is imp considering that STAR is parent of TS & is broadcaster of many pay channels.
Its clear from the interview that TS wants to further ARPU driven policy which may not suit most of the Indian viewers.
Harit Nagpal opposed open architecture-based STB for DTH services portability that could ensure technical interoperability stating that CAM prices are as high as an STB itself & any customer would prefer to buy a new STB from a new DTH operator rather than purchasing a CAM.

How will it effect regional channels viewer?

As per Harit Nagpal, TS wont be adding carriage based channels which other DTH are adding. So the viewers who are mostly interested in FTA regional channels will be affected. This will affect total channel addition on TS & may also affect regional TS subscription.
