Huge progress for Indian Anime community. Also Anime Cons took place this time in Mumbai and Chennai, Makoto Shankai came and gave interview and meet anime fans in Delhi, Dragon Ball Super Broly Movie in theatre, Weathering with you in theatre, Sanket Mhatre voice actor of ( Deadpool, Ben 10 etc) is trying to bring anime in hindi on TV again. Lots of positive for indian anime fans. Hope it keeps on growing and India can become big anime market like China..

Wow this is really cool news bro this year is full of surprises for Indian Anime fans, I wish sanket sir efforts to bring hindi dubbed anime series in tv.....& we get to see result soon and we get to watch more anime movies in theatres, this year feels like 2005-2006 when most indian kids channels aired hindi dubbed anime series.hope they dub like old times like sanket sir does in his voice for all his characters brilliantly..

After the much-awaited theatrical release of Japanese Anime film Weathering With You in India, BookMyShow and PVR Pictures-backed Vkaao today announced that the film has raked in over INR 12.5 million so far. The film, which was released by Vkaao after anime fans in the country signed an online petition, witnessed the biggest ever opening for a foreign language film in India with the opening weekend collection soaring up to INR 6.6 million.
