No, major blackout between 18-Feb to 21-Feb and some cable networks, (which are exit from AIDCF plea) resumes some channels from 22-Feb onwards

Nu buddy channels were resumed from 24th February afternoon or evening onwards. Major impact of blackout lasted only for 3 days 21st February afternoon till 24th February morning

Some south cable networks signed new RIO on 22-Feb, so full blackout happened for first 4 days.
