What are the telugu HD channels available currently on Airtel Digital TV, Sun Direct & Dish TV ?

In my airtel hd stb all these telugu hd channels which are mentioned above are not available in guide. With this many sd channels are also missing from my guide. Can any one explain what's the solution

Missing means Showing Error Code 4 or what

For example channel no 928 is starsports telugu 1 but when I'm searching it on my stb it is indicating as "channel 928 is not available"

Tried restoring, factory reset, replacing stb, upgradation of stb but nothing worked. Finally I have also informed cc regarding issue but waiting for there assistance since 10 days
