Eurosport is a global brand name. So it won't be renamed to D Sport either here or rest of the world.
Here they have applied in that name maybe to keep their plans secret. As I mentioned earlier they are supposed to discussing with one of the sports network to acquire them.
Also the person who heads Eurosport now was the man behind the launch of Ten Sports as well as he was CEO of ESS before ESPN STAR split.
