Main difference
1. Logo are small compared to indian channels
2. Normally logos are of dull colors ( black,grey,white) than as our bright colors
3. Rendering news are dignified and are on point compared to us.
4. They render upon more morning, evening,late night slot as compared to us mostly at night .
5. They enjoy more talk show than vibrant shows.
6. They have more youth content and give less preference to movie unless it's Netflix and amazon.
7. They focus mainly on uplifting the nation patriotism than ours who trigger patriotism

So many. Like HBO in US telecast uncensored GOT episodes where as we Indians get censored episodes.

But India, without advertisement No channels available including pay channels..
we should expect telecast without ads for pay channels same as foreign

In India,pay channels has more ads than FTA channels in most cases(Eg:Sun TV, Asianet etc during movie premieres).Why we pay for the pro version of softwares or apps? -one reason is for not showing ads. But in TV channels its arbitrary.
