What to do with my new SCV set top box

Hi,

I recently got my SCV set top box by paying 1130Rs ( which includes activation fee of 130Rs) from my LCO. Iam little confused with what to do now with so many confusions in the MSO. Right now i have two options
1) Return to cable operator and get my money back Rs1000 excluding activation fee and wait for some positive news on which MSO is going to come in chennai and get the set top box from them.( i have this option becoz this is brand new) later i will not have this option.
2) keep the set top box with me and use it.

As per SCV the 999 Rs you paid is the connectivity charge and your LCO charged a 131 Rs for some charge, so the STB is owned by SCV and you may not get the money back unless your LCO helps you by selling it to someone who can buy it.
